Coming To Our Senses

A mindful and somatic workshop for resilience and regulation in times of change

Saturday June 28th, 2025 1pm-5pm

855 Inca Street, Denver, CO 80204

Join therapists Michelle Fury, LPC, C-IAYT (she/her) and Dana Mooney, LPC, LMHC (she/they) for an afternoon of slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting to the wisdom of your body. Through gentle yoga, mindful somatic practices, expressive arts, and nervous system education, you'll leave with a personalized toolkit for grounding, soothing, and transforming emotion dysregulation. No experience needed—just bring your breath and your humanity.

This workshop is for you if you’re:

  • Navigating anxiety, depression, or burnout

  • Craving connection, calm, and embodiment

  • Seeking a warm, trauma-informed space

  • Desiring an inclusive space for queer, gender diverse, and neurodiverse folks

    Why join us?
Because life is a lot sometimes. With over 30 years of combined experience, we offer a welcoming space to build self-trust, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to your own inner resilience. Whether you're in the thick of change or simply craving a reset, this is time well spent.
